Eggnog Cheesecake - TKMhol

Servings: 1
Ingredients:

2 ts Granulated sugar
3 ts Butter; melted
Filling:
1 1/2 lb Cream cheese
1 c  Granulated sugar
1/2 c  Whipping cream
3 ts Flour
2 ts Rum
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Chocolate cutouts
Candies

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch
springform pan. Bake in 325 F oven for 10 mins. Let cool on rack.
Filling: Beat together cheese, sugar, cream and flour until smooth;
beat in eggs, rum and nutmeg. Pour into crust and bake in 425F oven for
10 mins. Bake in 250F oven for 45 mins. or until centre is barely
firm to the touch. Loosen cake from rim; let cool before removing
sides. Garnish with chocolate cutouts and candies. Source: R-Cuisine

Well, the folks are gone and I never took the time to gather any recipes
so I can’t really put together any ‘old favorites’, but wandering through
the collection here I’d have to say this would make a pretty durn good
sit down for a few folks. Don’t know how you’d deal with the dual stuffings
though …
