HAMBURGER HOT DISH


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Ground beef
    • 

  • 1 c  Celery,diced
    • 

  • 1/2 c  American cheese,diced
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Ripe olives,cut up
    • 

  • 2 c  Uncooked noodles
    • 

  • 1 ts Salt
    • 

  • 1/4 ts Onion salt
    • 

  • 3 tb Ketchup OR
    • 

  • 1 c  Canned tomatoes
    •

Brown hamburger.Add remainder of ingredients.Cover tightly.Bring to a
boil.Simmer for 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.Add water as needed.
