SWEET CORN NOODLE SOUP


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1 qt Vegetable stock
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Ribbon noodles, broken
    • 

  • 2 c  Sweet corn kernals
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Celery, chopped
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Tumeric
    • 

  • Salt and pepper to taste
    •

Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 mins. Add
celery and tumeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10
mins.
