TEJLEVES (MILK SOUP)


Servings: 6
Ingredients:

  • 4 c  Milk, whole
  • 2 c  Water
  • 1 tb Sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • Soup Noodles (recipe)

Bring milk, water, sugar and salt to a boil. Put the prepared
noodles into the soup and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Variation: use little new potatoes instead of noodles.
