Bread Or Invalid Soup


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 2 ea Bread; slices
    • 

  • 3 c  Water; hot
    • 

  • 1 ea Egg
    • 

  • Seasoning
    •

Cut bread in 1/2 inch cubes, brown in butter in frying pan. When brown,
pour hot water over bread. Break egg into this and stir. Season with salt
