Chicken Corn-Meal Soup


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 6 c  Chicken broth
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Diced onion
    • 

  • 1 c  Diced potatoes
    • 

  • 1 c  Chopped chicken
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Corn-meal
    • 

  • Salt and pepper
    •

Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables. Cover. Simmer until vegetables
are tender. Sift in corn-meal slowly, stirring constantly. Add chicken.
Season to taste. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. 10 servings.
