Corn Soup


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1 cn Corn
    • 

  • 1 c  Water
    • 

  • 1 c  Milk; or cream
    • 

  • 1 tb Butter
    •

Cook corn in water for a few minutes, press through sieve, return to fire,
add seasoning, milk and butter. Serve hot. Source: Wetsel Grange, Van Wert
