Cream Of Pea Soup


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/3 c  Canned pea soup, pea puree,
    • 

  • -or sieved peas
    • 

  • 2 tb Butter
    • 

  • 2 tb Finely minced onion
    • 

  • 2 2/3 c  Thin white sauce
    • 

  • Salt and pepper
    •

Brown onion in the butter. Add pea soup and white sauce. Heat to boiling.
Season to taste. Beat with a dover beater 1 minute. Serve at once. 6
servings.
