BROCCOLI DELIGHT


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 2 ea Onions, chopped
    • 

  • 1/3 c  Butter
    • 

  • 2 c  Rice, cooked
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Cheddar cheese, grated
    • 

  • 1 c  Mushroom soup
    • 

  • 2 lb Broccoli, chopped
    •

Saute onions in butter and add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a two
quart greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 40 - 45 minutes at 350
degrees.
