CHEDDAR And BACON BREAD

Ingredients:

2 1/2 ts Yeast
3 c  Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 1/3 tb Butter
1 c  Milk

————————-ADD FOLLOWING 1ST KNEADING————————-
2/3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c Cooked, crumbled bacon

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set ‘baking control’ at 10 o’clock. Select ‘white bread’ and
push Start.
In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
