CHEESIE POTATOES


Servings: 8
Ingredients: 

  • 2 lb Frozen hash browns, thawed
    • 

  • 1    Stick margerine, melted
    • 

  • 1    Can cr chicken soup
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Onion, chopped
    • 

  • 1 ts Salt
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Pepper
    • 

  • 2 c  Grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 

  • 1 c  Sour cream
    •

———————————-TOPPING———————————-
1 c Corn flakes
1/2 Stick margerine

Mix potato ingredients together in large bowl.

Melt topping for margerine and mix with corn flakes.

Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours
OR 350 for 1 hour
