FILLED OMELET


Servings: 2
Ingredients: 

  • 3 ea Egg
    • 

  • 1 T  Butter
    • 

  • 4 ea Bacon slices, crumbled
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 

  • 2 T  Sour cream
    • 

  • 1 T  Chive, snipped
    •

Mix eggs slightly. Combine with bacon, cheese,sour cream, and chives
and cook the same as french omelet.
