SAUCY PORK N’ NOODLE BAKE


Servings: 2
Ingredients:

  • 1 T  Butter or margarine
  • 1 c  Cubed cooked pork
  • 1/2 c  Uncooked noodles
  • 10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup, can
  • -ned, condensed
  • 8 3/4 oz Can whole kernel corn,
  • -undrained
  • 1 T  Sliced pimiento
  • 1/2 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • -shredded
  • 1/4 c  Finely chopped green pepper

1. Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
2. Add pork and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Drain off
excess fat.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are
tender. Stir occasionally.
