Blueberry Breakfast Shake


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 2 c  Plain Yogurt
  • 1 c  Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 md Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 c  Orange Juice

Combine the yogurt, blueberries, banana, and orange juice in a
blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses.
