Irish Bread


Servings: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb Butter                          2 1/2 t  Baking powder
  • 1/2 c  Sugar                             1/4 t  Salt
  • 2 ea Eggs                                1 c  Milk
  • 2 1/2 c  Flour                               1 c  Raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter
mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 8′ X 8′ pan. Bake at
350 degrees one hour.
