Apple Pancakes


Servings: 6
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Whole wheat flour
    • 

  • 1 c  White enriched flour
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Salt
    • 

  • 1 tb Brown sugar
    • 

  • 1 3/4 c  Milk
    • 

  • 2    Eggs
    • 

  • 2    Apples, diced
    •

Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients; mix well, Add diced
apples. Mix together. Bake on a hot greased skillet.
