WHEAT FREE PIE CRUST


Servings: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1 c  AM Barley Flour
  • -OR- other flour
  • 1/4 c  Oil; preferably cold
  • 3 tb Cold water

Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with
fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
