BREAKFAST RICE


Servings: 6
Ingredients:

  • 1 c  Long-grain brown rice
  • 1 c  Unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 c  Water
  • 1/2 c  Raisins
  • 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

Time: 0:05 : Combine all fo the ingredients in a
sacuepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat,
and cook for 40 mintues. Let rest for 10 minutes
before serving. This may also be made in a slow
cooker overnight. Combine all of the ingredients and
cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. 170 calories, 1.0 grams
fat per serving. :
