CHEESE And RICE CASSEROLE


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 c  Brown Rice, cooked
  • 3    Green Onions (scallions),
  • Chopped
  • 1 c  Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or-
  • Hoop Cheese
  • 1 ts Dried Dill
  • 1/4 c  Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c  Lowfat Milk

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled
casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
