LEMON CREAM DRESSING


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 c  Tahini
    • 

  • 8 oz Firm (or firm silken) tofu
    • 

  • 1    Lemon; zested and juiced
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Cider vinegar
    • 

  • 1    Garlic clove; minced
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Brown rice syrup; -OR-
    • 

  • 1/3 c  -Honey
    • 

  • 2 tb White miso
    • 

  • 1/2 c  Water
    •

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Cool and use as desired.
