MUSHROOM BRUNCH RICE


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 14 1/2 fl Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 c  AM White Indian Basmati Rice
  • 1    Bay leaf
  • 1 c  Sliced mushrooms
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
