SEASAME SPINACH SALAD


Servings: 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Spinach; fresh
  • 1 c  Mushrooms; sliced
  • 1 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
  • 1 tb Water
  • 1 tb Walnut oil;
  • 1 tb Sesame oil;
  • 1 tb Toasted Sesame seeds;

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry.
Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch.
