Iowa Pea Salad


Servings: 1
Ingredients: 

  • 1 ea Peas frozen
    • 

  • 4 ea Cheese, chedar cut in square
    • 

  • 1/4 c  Pickle juice sweet variety
    • 

  • 2 ea Eggs, hard boiled
    • 

  • 3/8 c  Mayonaise
    • 

  • 1/4 ts Salt or to taste
    •

Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain.
Combine the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the
