Hot Sauce For Falafels


Servings: 4
Ingredients: 

  • 1 c  Vegetable broth
    • 

  • 6 tb Tomato paste
    • 

  • 2 ts Red chili paste
    • 

  • 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
    • 

  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin
    • 

  • 1 tb Fresh parsley, minced
    • 

  • 1 tb Cilantro, minced
    •

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat, simmer till
slightly thickened, should take 5 minutes.
