Ingredients:
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic and
onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add the carrots and celelry and saute for
another 5 minutes. Add the stock, mixed vegetables and herbs and spices.
Cook for 1 hour. Add the shells and continue to cook till tender.
Dilute the miso in 1 cup warm stock. Add to the soup and simmer for 30
minutes.
