Onion Soup


Servings: 1
Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c  Oil
  • 4 ea Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 lg Onions, sliced
  • 8 c  Vegetable stock
  • 2 tb Soy flour
  • 1 cn Tomato puree
  • 2 tb Dried parsley
  • 2 ts Tarragon
  • 1/3 c  Tamari
  • 1 ts Basil
  • 1 ts Oregano

Heat oil in a large pot. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute, till golden.
Add onions and saute for gently for 10 minutes. Add the stock. Bring to a
boil.

Add the soy flour with the tomato paste. Cook over a low heat for 10
minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Taste to se if you require
more salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
