    I have a suggestion for a breakfast muffin recipe. Carrot cake muffins. It's a thing. If you google "carrot cake muffin low calorie" or "diet" you'll find some of the recipes. Generally shredded carrots, oats, eggs, spices…Would love to see a Liezl Jayne spin on this one. Love your channel.

    I went vegan for 5 years I did everything correct and checked my health every doctor visit , I learned 5 months ago vegan is not sustainable I had a hard time reversing the symptoms I got with becoming vegan it was horrible anyone wanting to become vegan research the side effects not unless your allergic to something just change what your allergic to it makes me really upset that these you tubers are throwing around the vegan word like it’s good for your health I like how she added eggs in her book though 👏🏻👌🏼

    Happy New Year to all. New subbie!! I found a clip from 3 years ago and had it loop as I meal prep for the week. Boy did you help me to keep on track and not give up as I started meal prep late and didn’t feel at all to complete it. But with your help, I complete breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three days (that’s all I can fit in my fridge). Which I only prep lunch and dinner. Thanks and keep up the great work.

    Can you do a video just on the ingredients you use/where you get them etc? Like the bread and almond butter and things like that? It can be hard to maneuver picking heathy options when you’re trying to go GF/DF and manage weight, so many GF/DF options have more sugar/substitutes in them that make them even more unhealthy 😭 you seem to have a good grasp of what’s good and what isn’t!
