I have used carrot,potato & rice in this recipe.

carrots are very high in beta-carotene & fibre and are very often included in the list of baby’s first food.

They are all part of easy to digest meals and are packed with full of nutrients.

potatoes are high in carbohydrates,they are complex carbs.They make a very good baby&toddler food helping them to gain weight

Adding potatoes to the carrot& rice makes it a complete healthy meal.
