Ingredients

Oil 2 tsp
Cloves 2
Bay leaves 1
Cinnamon stick 2
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Ani seed 1 tsp
Green chilly 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Onion 2 finely chopped
Tomato 2 finely chopped
Carrot 100 gm chopped
Beans 100 gm chopped
Cauliflower 100 gm
Potato 100 gm chopped
Soya chunk 100 gm – marinated with curd 50 ml, garam masala 1/4 tsp, chilly podwer 1 tsp
Rice 2 cup
Water as required
Turmeric powder 1 /2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
